We believe food is at it’s finest when it’s in season and fresh. This is why this weekend we have fresh shetland mussels from hodgson fish, as our special moules marinere. This classic french dish is perfectly paired with our wine of the weekend a french Picpoul de Pinet from the Languedoc-Roussillon region. What better way to kick start your weekend than fine dining at Carriages. ...

Bonjour!

Beaujolais Nouveau is a red wine made from Gamay grapes produced in the Beaujolais region of France. It is the most popular vin de primeur, fermented for just weeks before released for sale on the 3rd Thursday of November.

To celebrate this event we have produced a three course French themed menu to include half a bottle of Beaujolais Nouveau per person.
